Who are Equitable Land?

We are a team of professionals that work with our own in-house architects, financiers and developers... as well as other developers etc throughout England and Wales. We work with housing associations, councils and other government tiers throughout the country.

We operate in a discreet, businesslike, ethical and sympathetic manner. We pride ourselves on inclusivity, co-operation and consideration.

What's my risk?

None. We never ask for fees. If we are sure, we are sure - it's our risk. The only thing we ask from you, is your time.

Do you really take on the costs of 'everything', to make a development possible, on land or on a site I own?

Yes. Like we have said above, us being sure is our risk. We pay for any prior-work, pre-application, application, (and if we are initially unsuccessful) appeals. If we think the proposition is viable, we pay, we take the risk.

As professionals, we rely upon our experience, judgement, and professionalism.

What sort of opportunity do you look at?

We are about realizing potential. We'll look at any opportunity... large or small... In any area of England and Wales - be it countryside, village, town or city. We'll come back to you promptly, if we feel your project is worth pursuing. If potential is there, we will identify it. If we feel we are unable to proceed, we will fully inform you of the reasons why.

Does it matter where it is, and what it is?

This is an open question! The land itself can be arable, infill (arable or unused, between other buildings, houses or developments), built-on (as in a brownfield site)... in the city, town or country, or could involve a change of use from business to residential - or a combination of the two.

Whatever the type of land - the first step is always a conversation!

How long does it take?

Being frank, there is no set-time or time-period to get anything through planning, committee, building regs... to getting the spade in the soil. There is no such thing in this industry as 'a quick fix'... but we promise we will do everything within our power to reach a speedy conclusion.

We'd rather be upfront and honest - we pride ourselves on being open.
